North All Stars: Jordan Simon, Joe Grant, Jeff Grant to Represent NM in Indianapolis Warrior Football Player Jordan Simon and Coaches Joe and Jeff Grant will represent the North Football team in the 60th Annual Murat Shrine North-South All Star Football Classic. This is an incredible honor Jordan is one of only 46 players in the state are selected for the North team and Joe and Jeff are only 2 of the only 10 coaches selected to coach in the game. This is the longest running all star game in the country. Jordan Simon finished his career at North Miami as the Warriors All Time Leader in tackles (378), was a 3-time All-Conference selection, a Region 5 All Star, and a 2-time IFCA 1st Team All-State selection. Jordan is the sixth Warrior Football player to ever be selected to play in the North South All Star Game (Jon Fouts, Brian Runkle, Brad Hoover, Bill Hoover, Tristan Working, Maddie Maynard-mgr. were the other All Stars in NM History). Joe Grant just finished his 9th season as North Miami’s Head Football Coach, with the last two years ending with back-to-back Sectional Championships. Jeff Grant just finished his 29th year as an assistant football coach. Joe and Jeff become just the 3rd and 4th coaches in North Miami history to be selected to coach in the All Star game (Bob Bridge and Tim DuBois were the other 2 coaches to ever coach in the All Star Game). The game is being played this Friday, July 10th at 7pm at Decatur Central High School in Indianapolis. Good Luck Jordan!
