North Miami Lady Warriors Lead Beginning To End In Victory Over Caston North Miami was in control the entire time on Saturday versus Caston. The Warriors never trailed in their 56-35 victory. Kayden Donaldson scored 16 points to lead North Miami. Leading 4-1, The Lady Warriors went on a 9-point run to pull further away. North Miami had a strong first half, leading 33-16 at halftime and never looked back, securing the victory. The first quarter was the best for North Miami Varsity Warriors, as they outscored Caston 16-6. North Miami had a great day shooting from inside the arc, finishing 22-44 on twos. North Miami Lady Warriors controlled the paint, grabbing 28 rebounds. Grace Sailors led the team with seven rebounds. Layla Hampton (10 points), Sailors (8 points), Laney Musall (7 points), Victoria Masters (6 points), Porscha Pickett (4 points), Jlynn Piercy (3 points), and Laina Kling (2 points) helped out as well. Next up for the Lady Warriors will be at Oregon Davis Jan. 3rd at 7pm.
