Varsity vs Caston High School (61 - 64) Loss NM had a great start but Caston wouldn’t let them break the game wide open for them. In the final minute of the game, Caston tied the score and the Warriors couldn’t convert on offense. Caston hit a go-ahead 3 with 5 seconds left, causing the Warriors to throw a shot up that was left short. Final score 64-61. The Warrior’s regular season record finishes at 8-14 and 4-4 in the conference. The team now has to look forward to their biggest game of the season. NM will play Cowan in the first round of play on Tuesday starting around 7:45 at Southwood High School. With a win, the Warriors will play the winner of Northfield/Southwood on Friday night.
