North Miami Football opened up their 2025 campaign with a huge win over former TRC Rival Northfield. The Warriors gave up only 1 first half defensive touchdown while scoring 30 of their 44 points in the first half. Defensively the Warriors were led by Senior Linebacker Jordan Simons who had 15 total tackles on the evening. Also with a huge night defensively for the Warrior 'Dark Side' Defense was Senior Lake Musall who had 10 total tackles, and Junior Logan Smith who tallied 9 total tackles. Offensively, North Miami couldn't stay out of the endzone. The Warrior Offense ran only 13 plays in the first half which accounted for 4 touchdowns. On the night the offense was led by the offensive line of Zeph Reshkus (Sr), Sy Freeman (Sr), Kamren Whann (Sr), Logan Smith (Jr), and Jordan Simon (Sr). That line led them to a team total of 395 rushing yards. Ryan Meredith led the Warriors with over 40 yards per carry on the night. He ended with 5 carries for 205 yards and 4 touchdowns. Lake Musall had another 5 carries for the Warriors for 95 yards and 2 rushing touchdowns. Running the offense was Senior Quarterback Hartley Hoover who also added in another 68 rushing yards for the Warriors. Warrior Football opens up at home this Friday 8/29 at 7pm against the Wabash Apaches.
