North Miami hosted Peru on Monday night and started off the game strong, scoring two goals in the first half. Ball movement was key and the Warriors did well to manage possession in the midfield, leading to great opportunities in the final third all night. Peru made a strong push in the second half which led to their goal from distance with ten minutes remaining in the game, but the Warriors did enough to keep the scoreline at 2-1 until the final whistle. Both Lady Warrior goals were scored by Kinzy Storm, with assists from Karly Hostetler and Porscha Pickett. Keeper Lindsey Pugh had 7 saves and is credited with her second win of the season. North Miami is now 2-1-1. The Warriors are on the road next week at Tippy Valley Tuesday and North White on Saturday,
